Job Ref 25934
Job description
At Apollo Home Healthcare, we provide high-quality, person-centred care to people in the comfort of their own homes. Every individual we support has unique needs - we tailor every care package to them, building a compassionate and skilled team around their requirements.
We live and work by the 6 Cs: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment - and we're looking for people who share those values.
Meet Our Client
A young man in his early twenties lives at home with his family in Stockport and requires dedicated 1:1 support to meet his complex care needs during the day and overnight.
He is a friendly and affectionate individual with a wonderful sense of humour and a genuine zest for life. He enjoys social interaction, sharing laughter, and taking pleasure in everyday moments. His interests include watching television, listening to music, using his iPad, and spending meaningful time with his family and care team.
During the day, you will provide full support with personal care, moving and handling, and clinical care tasks, while encouraging his participation in preferred activities and daily routines. You will promote his safety, comfort, and overall wellbeing, fostering a positive, nurturing environment in which he can thrive.
Overnight, your responsibilities will include providing personal care as required, monitoring his clinical needs, and ensuring he remains comfortable, settled, and safe throughout the night.
Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.
Our client has requested females only to join their care team.
This isn't just a job - it's your opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life."
