About us

At Apollo Home Healthcare, we provide high-quality, person-centred care to people in the comfort of their own homes. Every individual we support has unique needs - we tailor every care package to them, building a compassionate and skilled team around their requirements.

We live and work by the 6 Cs: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment - and we're looking for people who share those values.

Meet Our Client

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to support a teenage boy in Pickering. This rewarding role involves providing care both at school and at home, helping him with his daily routine and encouraging him to actively engage with and enjoy his hobbies and interests. You will provide high-quality 1:1 and 2:1 care, including personal care, medication administration, safe moving and handling, and other essential clinical interventions. At home, you will support him in making the most of the facilities and activities available, including assisting with his swimming pool to ensure he can safely enjoy this as part of his routine. As the client lives on a farm with a variety of animals, you'll need to be comfortable in a farm setting and around animals. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a young person's life while being part of a supportive and dedicated care team.

Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff. Our client has specifically requested female care staff to join their team.

This isn't just a job - it's your opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life."
