Job Ref 25892
Job description
At Apollo Home Healthcare, we provide high-quality, person-centred care to people in the comfort of their own homes. Every individual we support has unique needs - we tailor every care package to them, building a compassionate and skilled team around their requirements.
We live and work by the 6 Cs: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment - and we're looking for people who share those values.
Meet Our Client
Our client is a friendly and sociable gentleman in his 20s who lives at home in Mold with his supportive family. He enjoys being around people, engaging in conversations, and spending time with those around him.
As part of his dedicated care team, you will support him to access a variety of community activities, including exploring local attractions and attending his day centre twice a week.
At home, he enjoys relaxing in his sensory room, which features a bubble machine and a projector, creating a calm and enjoyable environment. He is also a big fan of watching and listening to musicals on TV.
This role involves supporting him on a mix of day shifts, waking nights, and sleep-in shifts, ensuring he receives consistent, compassionate care while continuing to enjoy the activities and routines that are important to him.
Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff. Our client has specifically requested female care staff to join their team.
This isn't just a job - it's your opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life."
