Complex Home Care
Job Ref 25889
Job description
At Apollo Home Healthcare, we provide high-quality, person-centred care to people in the comfort of their own homes. Every individual we support has unique needs - we tailor every care package to them, building a compassionate and skilled team around their requirements.
We live and work by the 6 Cs: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment - and we're looking for people who share those values.
Meet Our Client
We are expanding our services across the Vale of York and surrounding areas and are seeking compassionate, dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our growing team. In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to adults and children with clinical needs in their own homes and communities.
You will support clients with personal care and clinical interventions while promoting dignity, independence, and overall wellbeing. The role also involves helping individuals enjoy meaningful everyday moments, whether that's spending time with family, attending community outings, or engaging in activities they enjoy.
You may also support younger clients by encouraging participation in activities such as arts and crafts, outdoor play, educational games, and sensory activities, helping to create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment.
Some evening shifts may include supporting bedtime routines, offer reassurance and companionship, and remaining attentive to clients' care needs throughout the night.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a genuine difference while joining a healthcare service committed to delivering exceptional care.
Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.
This isn't just a job - it's your opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life."
