Complex Home Care
Job Ref 25886
Job description
At Apollo Home Healthcare, we provide high-quality, person-centred care to people in the comfort of their own homes. Every individual we support has unique needs - we tailor every care package to them, building a compassionate and skilled team around their requirements.
We live and work by the 6 Cs: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment - and we're looking for people who share those values.
Meet Our Client
We're expanding our Bury services and are seeking compassionate, reliable Healthcare Assistants to provide dedicated support for a happy, calm baby boy with complex clinical needs. He enjoys social interaction and watching Mickey Mouse Club.
He is currently in hospital while a dedicated care team is being established to support his safe transition home. Our goal is to help him leave hospital and return to his family, where he can grow and thrive in the comfort of his own home. His family's aim is for him to live as independently and fulfilling a life as possible, attending school, enjoying family holidays and outings, and, in time, working towards weaning from his tracheostomy.
In this rewarding role, you will provide one-to-one care throughout the day and night, ensuring he is safe, comfortable, and settled always.
You will help maintain a calm, soothing environment, support his clinical needs, provide personal care, and play a vital role in his successful transition home.
Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.
Our client's parents have specifically requested female staff only to join their care team.
This isn't just a job - it's your opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life."
