Meet Our Client

We're looking for caring and reliable Healthcare Assistants to support a cheerful 6-year-old boy who lives with his family in Great Malvern.

He enjoys laughter, playtime, and watching Hey Duggee, and we're looking for someone who can build a positive and trusting relationship with him while providing safe, high-quality care.

You will deliver compassionate, person-centred care, help create a safe and engaging environment, support all his clinical requirements, and enable him to access his favourite activities.

This is a rewarding 1:1 role within a relaxed home environment, ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering meaningful care and making a genuine difference every shift.

Join a friendly, supportive care team making a genuine difference to a young boy's life at home.

What You'll Need
  • At least 3 months' care experience
  • Confident in moving and handling and personal care
  • Clear communication skills
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Comfortable around pets and animals
  • Clinical experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided
Please Note Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.

Our client has requested females only to join their care team.

What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly pay with enhancements for nights and weekends
  • Regular confirmed rotas and flexible scheduling
  • Reward & recognition programme
  • Supportive management and 24/7 on-call support
  • Opportunity to grow within a values-led, national care provider
  • Our funded training, including clinical skills, comes at no cost to you, though attendance is unpaid.

Salary range

  • £15 - £17 per hour
