Job Ref 25864
Job description
At Apollo Home Healthcare, we provide high-quality, person-centred care to people in the comfort of their own homes. Every individual we support has unique needs - we tailor every care package to them, building a compassionate and skilled team around their requirements.
We live and work by the 6 Cs: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment - and we're looking for people who share those values.
Meet Our Client
We are expanding our services in Northwich and are seeking compassionate, reliable Healthcare Assistants to provide 1:1 support for a gentleman in his late 50s with complex clinical care needs, who lives at home with his wife.
He enjoys getting out and about in the community, has a keen interest in fishing, and loves visiting his caravan. Supporting him to stay socially active and maintain an enjoyable lifestyle is a key part of this role.
In this rewarding position, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care that truly makes a difference. You will lead clinical interventions, assist with daily care routines, and support him to live life to the fullest from enjoying quality time with family and friends to exploring the community.
Night support includes assisting with bedtime routines, providing reassurance, administering any required medication, and monitoring his overall wellbeing to ensure he remains safe and settled throughout the night.
This role will initially involve shadowing and training at Aintree Hospital to ensure a safe and smooth transition home.
If you are caring, confident, and enjoy making a real difference in someone's life, we would love to hear from you.
Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.
This isn't just a job it's your opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life."
