Job Ref 25825
Job description
At Apollo Home Healthcare, we provide high-quality, person-centred care to people in the comfort of their own homes. Every individual we support has unique needs - we tailor every care package to them, building a compassionate and skilled team around their requirements.
We live and work by the 6 Cs: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment - and we're looking for people who share those values.
Meet Our Client
We are looking for compassionate and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistants to provide high-quality, person-centred care to a young girl living at home with her family in Birmingham. She enjoys sensory toys, lights, and loves spending time outdoors. As a valued member of her dedicated care team, you will support her with her morning routine, help her prepare for school, and ensure she is safely escorted each day. You will also spend the day at school with her, supporting her needs, interactions, and safety throughout.
You will support her daily care, including medication, mobility, and individual clinical needs, with confidence and compassion.
She communicates her feelings through facial expressions, so attentiveness, patience, and the ability to build a trusting, supportive relationship are essential. We are looking for someone with genuine passion for making a positive difference in her life, who will engage with her creatively and warmly.
Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.
Our clients family have specifically requested female care staff to join their team.
This isn't just a job - it's your opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life."
