He is a friendly and sociable gentleman who leads an active lifestyle and enjoys making the most of community clubs and activities. A passionate football fan and huge Wolves supporter, he can often be found cheering them on, as well as attending Telford League matches most weekends.
He thrives in group settings and enjoys taking part in activities such as pottery, drama, dance, yoga and Funky Friday discos.
With a busy and fulfilling schedule already in place, he is keen to explore even more opportunities within the community. He is therefore looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic care team who share his positive outlook and can support him to continue accessing the activities he enjoys.
During day shifts, as part of his dedicated care team, you will support with administering medication, providing personal care, assisting with nutrition and hydration, and remaining attentive and responsive to his individual needs at all times.
Drivers are essential for this role to help our client access community activities. You'll need to drive his adapted vehicle and must have held a valid driver's licence for at least 3 years for insurance purposes.

What You'll Need
