We are currently supporting both adults and children across the Telford area and are looking for compassionate, reliable individuals to join our team and deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
In this rewarding role, you'll support individuals with their daily routines and clinical care needs, while helping them live as independently as possible and enjoy the things that matter most to them. This may include spending time with family, accessing the community, or taking part in meaningful day-to-day activities.
You'll provide tailored support based on each individual's needs, which may include supporting those with learning disabilities and complex care needs.
This can involve engaging in a range of activities such as arts and crafts, sensory experiences, social interaction, and encouraging independence in a safe and supportive environment.

What You'll Need
- Minimum 3 months' care experience
- Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
- Clear communication skills
