Night Carer (Female Only)

Location: Wolverhampton - Dementia Residential Care

Hours: 18:45 - 07:00(nights)

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Contract: 36 or 48 hours per week

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Female Night Carer to join a well‑established Residential Dementia Care service in Wolverhampton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is dedicated to delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care during night hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support throughout the night

• Assist residents with mobility, continence care and bedtime routines

• Monitor residents' wellbeing and respond to any needs during the night

• Maintain accurate records and follow care plans

• Ensure a safe, calm and supportive environment

• Work collaboratively with the night team and senior staff

Requirements

• Female (Genuine Occupational Requirement due to personal care needs)

• Experience in residential care or dementia care preferred

• Compassionate, patient and able to work independently

• Reliable, punctual and committed to high‑quality care

• Ability to work 12‑hour night shifts on a rota basis
