Location: Sheffield Setting: Dementia Nursing Care Pay Rate: £12.42 - £12.97 per hour Contract: Full‑Time or Part‑Time

About the Role

We are recruiting dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join a Dementia Nursing Care service in Sheffield. The role involves delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care to residents with varying levels of support needs. Both day and night shifts are available.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and daily living support

• Supporting residents with dementia in a compassionate, person‑centred way

• Assisting with meals, mobility, and general wellbeing

• Working as part of a multidisciplinary care team

• Maintaining accurate care records and following care plans

Requirements

• Previous experience in elderly or dementia care

• Ability to work days or nights as required

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Online DBS (or willingness to complete one)

• Reliable, caring, and committed to high‑quality care
