About the Role
A well‑established residential home in Harrow is currently recruiting Health Care Assistants to join their team. The home provides high‑quality Nursing Care and Residential Care, and they are holding interviews next week for suitable applicants.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous care experience who is passionate about delivering safe, person‑centred support.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting residents with daily living tasks
Providing personal care with dignity and respect
Assisting with mobility and manual handling
Working alongside nurses and senior staff
Maintaining accurate care records
Promoting independence and wellbeing
Requirements
Previous experience in a care setting
Ability to work days and nights
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, compassionate and committed to high‑quality care
