About the Role
We are expanding our services across the Leominster area and are seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to support children and young people with complex care needs within their family homes.
This is a rewarding opportunity where you will play an important role in promoting each child's comfort, safety, wellbeing, and independence. Alongside supporting their clinical and personal care needs, you will help them enjoy meaningful daily activities, build confidence, and create positive experiences while developing trusted relationships with both the children and their families.
Your role may include: • Providing personal care with dignity and compassion • Administering medication • Supporting moving and handling requirements • Assisting with complex clinical interventions • Monitoring wellbeing and responding to care needs • Building positive relationships with clients and families • Supporting daily routines, play, and activities

- Shifts: BANK, Full-Time & Part-Time | Days & Nights | 10-12-hour shifts

What You'll Need
- A minimum of 3 months' care experience
- Confidence supporting with medication administration, personal care, and moving and handling
- A caring, compassionate, and reliable approach
- Full UK Driving Licence
