The Role
We are currently expanding our team in Birmingham and are looking for experienced and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to support individuals with complex care needs.
You will play a vital role in helping clients live safely and independently at home, providing both essential daily support and specialist clinical care, which may include:
• Personal care and daily living support • Medication administration • Moving and handling • Tracheostomy care • PEG feeding • Ventilation support • Other complex clinical interventions (training provided where appropriate)

What We're Looking For • Minimum 3 months' care experience • Confident in personal care, medication support, and moving & handling • Experience in complex care is essential • Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach • Reliability and commitment to high-quality care
