Meet Our Client We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistants to support a gentleman in his 50s living at home in Staffordshire.
This is a rewarding opportunity to provide both physical and emotional support to an individual with complex health needs, helping him live comfortably and safely within his own home.
Your responsibilities will include personal care, supporting mobility, assisting with medication, and ensuring overall wellbeing and safety.
You will also provide companionship and reassurance, adapting your support as needs change.
The role involves encouraging an active and fulfilling lifestyle, including supporting community outings and activities. At home, you may assist with hobbies and interests such as board games, painting, and poetry, helping to create an engaging and positive environment.
We are looking for patient, caring, and reliable individuals committed to delivering high-quality care. You will work in a welcoming family home, where a calm, compassionate, and proactive approach and the ability to build a trusting relationship are essential.

- Pay Rate: £14.00 - £17.00 per hour Shifts Full Time & Part Time | Days & Nights |12-hour shifts | Alternate Weekends Required

What You'll Need
- At least 3 months' care experience
- Confidence with medication administration, personal care, and moving & handling
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Full UK manual driving licence (day shifts only - to drive the service user's adapted vehicle)
- Comfortable around pets
