• A recognized Respiratory Therapy qualification - EU Equivalent
• Recent clinical experience in a respiratory care setting
• Eligibility to sit the CBRC (Canadian Board for Respiratory Care) national certification exam
• Ability to register with the relevant provincial regulatory body (e.g., CRTO in Ontario, CRTC in BC)
• English or French language proficiency (e.g., IELTS Academic)
