Around-the-Clock Operations

Our agency team operates from 7:00 AM to 9:30 PM, 365 days a year, with a manager on duty to handle escalations. Outside these hours, our on-call service ensures continuous support.

Our newly designed, hassle-free online application process is just the beginning. Here’s how we get you to work:

1. Eligibility Check: Our recruitment consultants review your eligibility to work as an agency worker.
2. Interview: If eligible, you’ll be invited for an interview to assess your suitability further.
3. Application Submission: Complete our online form and provide the necessary documents.
4. Compliance and Clearances: We verify all your qualifications, registrations, and references.
5. Activation to Work: Once all clearances are confirmed, your MyCpl account is activated, and you’ll start receiving shift notifications.
