Hub Primary Care Relationship Manager - Private Hospital | Field based role covering Slough, Reading & Farnham | Full Time | Permanent | Competitive salary + Extensive benefits

Spire has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven primary care relationship manager to join our M4 Hub hospital team, driving our referrer engagement growth strategy.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week - predominantly Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.00, however there may be requirements for evening/weekend working depending on business needs, such as events etc.

Contract type: Permanent

This role will grow primary care referrals (patient numbers and revenue) by making Spire Healthcare the first choice for patient referrals from GPs & Allied Health professionals, and to identify and maximise business development opportunities presented by commissioning groups.

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Act as Spire Hospitals ambassador to the primary care community
  • Plan and deliver a Primary Care engagement programme
  • Undertake lead generation, virtual and face-to-face meetings with primary care stakeholders to build strong working relationships to promote the hospitals services
  • Plan and deliver a Primary Care education event programme
  • Maintain a Primary Care contacts database
  • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the Hubs services and its consultants

Who we're looking for:
  • Working knowledge of NHS primary care infrastructure and strategy is essential
  • Evidence of results achieved through customer relationship management
  • Understanding of the UK private healthcare system
  • Commercial awareness
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Proactive, enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised
  • Competent user of MS Office
  • Strong prioritisation and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Full, clean drivers licence
