About us
SIG Pathways works across Kent and Medway, supporting vulnerable single people experiencing homelessness and social and health inequalities with multiple complex support needs. We specialise in working with people in the criminal justice system, people who have committed offences, and people who may have been homeless and spent time in prison.
We offer 31-bed spaces in Maidstone to vulnerable adults who require support and temporary accommodation. We provide support and housing to the most vulnerable individuals in the area who may have experienced homelessness, substance use, mental health issues, criminal justice history or those fleeing other areas. We offer information and guidance along with daily support to give people the skills to move into permanent accommodation.
We offer counselling and coaching to address trauma recovery, minimise harmful behaviour and anxiety, improve coping techniques and encourage healthy eating and daily living skills to increase tenancy sustainment. We can also provide access to local leisure, training, and employment opportunities, as well as education and practices that enhance literacy and numeracy skills.Residents have access to a team of Support Coaches who visit services weekly to ensure they are making progress.
