You will be working alongside a full-time Consultant Psychiatrist/ Regional Medical Director, a full time Speciality Doctor who works across the three wards, and a full time Medical Secretary. Located in Meriden, Warwickshire, Priory Hospital Solihull is a 31-bedded hospital supporting the NHS by offering level 2 rehabilitation services for males. What you'll be doing The main responsibility of the job is in the role of Responsible Clinician for up to ten in-patients on Arley Ward and in provision of clinical leadership to the team on the ward. A successful candidate would also be expected to undertake assessments of new referrals and may bring their own additional clinical skills to the role Working hours are typically 2.5 days per week on site however, how this is structured can be discussed at the interview and we are able to consider flexible working hours. There is strong governance structure within the hospital and region, and the successful applicant will be expected to take an active role in service and quality development activities and to participate in governance meetings and R&amp;R Service Line meetings, as necessary.
