Cygnet Wallace Hospital: Situated in a residential area of Dundee, Cygnet Wallace Hospital is an 18 bed specialist high dependency complex care service providing assessment and treatment for individuals with learning disabilities, with or without autistic spectrum disorder, as well as complex needs and behaviours. Your Day-to-Day... <ul> <li>You'll be working 40 hours a week </li> <li>Work as a team Psychologist within a multidisciplinary team (MDT)</li> <li>Carry out psychological assessments &amp; provide therapy to individuals &amp; groups</li> <li>Collaboratively develop care plans with the MDT</li> <li>Provide training &amp; supervision to colleagues, &amp; consultation to teams </li> <li>Evaluate the service, contribute to its development &amp; carry out clinical research</li> <li>Disseminate outcomes via conference presentations and publications.</li> </ul> We are looking for someone who is... <ul> <li>A HCPC registered Clinical/Forensic or Counselling Psychologist with experience in a clinical forensic or mental health setting</li> <li>Preferably trained in complex therapies such as Schema focused, Cognitive Analytical and DBT </li> <li>Passionate about working with people with a range of complex mental health needs</li> <li>Capable of treating difficulties such as self-harm, physical &amp; verbal aggression, history of sexual offending and drug &amp; alcohol problems.</li> </ul> Why Cygnet? Lead Psychologist

You will be working full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Please note this role does carry the responsibility of on-call duties as and when required in support of the Service. Cygnet Acer Clinic: Cygnet Acer Clinic is our 28 bed Female acute and Personality Disorder care and treatment service for women. It is a safe and secure place to aid recovery. The Opportunity: Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, our Hospital Managers are responsible for providing strong and effective leadership to the onsite team in order to ensure the integrity of all functions within the service, to include; Clinical, Finance, HR, Recruitment and Support Services. You will be responsible for the overall day to day running and strategic direction of the service. <ul> <li>To be compliant with CQC / regulatory requirements and to ensure all clinical, budgetary, regulatory and service development targets are met. You will also implement risk assessment, risk management and embed clinical and operational governance within the service.</li> <li>To be responsible for the provision of a high-quality service, both in respect of client care and employee engagement.</li> <li>Ensure effective bed management and coordination of referrals and assessments of service user's in conjunction with the Clinical Team.</li> <li>In this role, you will also lead on appropriate investigations (as required), participate in audit requirements and ensure all group policies and procedures are adhered to.
