Description &amp; Requirements We have an exciting full time opportunity for you to become our Health &amp; Wellbeing Coach. Although the role is home-based you will need you to drive and have your own transport as you will be going into communities covering face to face delivery across Hertfordshire. This role does involve supporting families so experience of working with children/young people is advantageous as you will be delivering on our Youth and 1:1 services. The role will also involve working at least 2-3 evenings a week with the latest delivery being until 19:30.
