Working closely with the Primary Care Director of Nursing, and group Chief Pharmacist you will provide expert pharmaceutical advice, ensure compliance with medicines legislation and governance frameworks, and lead initiatives to improve safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in medicines management. Interpret prescribing, cost, and wastage data to support effective pharmaceutical provision. This hybrid role involves regular travel and a minimum of two days per week in London.
