Receptionist Department: Site Support Roles Employment Type: Permanent - Part Time Location: Mildmay Oaks Compensation: £19,759 / year Description Priory Hospital Mildmayis looking to recruit a Receptionist to join the team. this is a part time role of 30 hours a week. Set in a semi-rural location in Hook, Hampshire, Priory Hospital Mildmay Oaks supports the NHS by providing low secure services and level 2 rehabilitation services for both male and female patients. This includes a specialist learning disability and autism spectrum support. We also offer adult and child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS), and single-person, bespoke therapeutic placements (BTPs) across our hospital. What you'll be doing You'll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and to support the wellbeing of our patients. While your role doesn't involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you're assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here. <ul> <li>Greets and assists all arrivals promptly at the Priory unit, and ensures that they are treated in a courteous, pleasant and efficient manner, and directed accordingly.</li> <li>Ensures that all telephone calls into main reception / switchboard are dealt with promptly and efficiently within Priory operational standards.</li> <li>Carries out administrative tasks as required.</li> <li>Ensures the appropriate security passes are issued, as well as then directing the visitor to the appropriate areas or individuals within the unit.</li> </ul>You can find additional information in the attached job description.
