This is a part-time role of 22.5 or 30 hours that can be over three or four days. The ideal candidate will bring at least three years' experience working at Consultant level, with proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams across hospital or community settings. You will have a track record of contributing to service change and improvement at a senior level, supported by strong leadership and influencing skills with a focus on delivering high-quality, innovative, patient-centred care. A flexible and positive team-orientated approach is essential, along with a commitment to values-based and evidence-based practice.
