<li>Deliver Occupational Health and Physiotherapy services with a focus on facilitating early return to work through functional assessments and evidence-based treatments.</li><li>Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatments both in-person and remotely.</li><li>Educate and advise management on employees' fitness to work, recommending necessary workplace adjustments.</li><li>Perform DSE and other work-based tasks assessments, offering insightful recommendations to improve workplace ergonomics.</li><li>Ensure compliance with national clinical standards, leading rehabilitation processes with professionalism and care.</li></ul>
Key Responsibilities:<ul>
<li>Provide clear and accurate clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.</li><li>Communicate effectively with management to offer guidance on workplace fitness and related adjustments.</li><li>Manage workplace assessments, focusing on procedural improvements and ergonomic solutions.</li><li>Stay updated with national clinical standards and integrate them into rehabilitation programs.</li></ul>
Requirements of the Physiotherapist:<ul>
<li>Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Physiotherapy.</li><li>Possess recent UK experience in specialized physiotherapy settings.</li><li>Be registered with the HCPC as a physiotherapist in the UK.</li><li>NHS experience is a bonus but not a requirement.</li></ul>
