How you'll help us make health happen: As a Clinical pharmacist you will provide a comprehensive and patient centred Clinical Pharmacy service to patients at Bupa Cromwell Hospital including participation in the antibiotic stewardship round, MDT input, therapeutic drug monitoring, medicines reconciliation and dispensary support You will be responsible for delivering safe and effective pharmaceutical care and best medicines management practice.
