The therapeutic rich environment engages services users and offers them the opportunity to maximise their independence, providing post-acute specialist rehabilitation beds for NHS England.</li> <li>Clipper Ward offers a safe and therapeutic setting for those affected by an acquired brain injury whose nursing and care dependency requires more input from our nursing team. <h3>What We’re Looking For</h3>
<ul>
<li>Qualified Occupational Therapist</li><li>Experience delivering evidence-based therapy to paediatric, adolescent, and/or adult clients</li><li>Knowledge of strengths-based, family, and person-centred approaches</li><li>Ability to manage a caseload and administrative responsibilities effectively</li><li>Understanding of the NDIS framework and working within a fee-for-service model (preferred but not essential)</li><li>Strong communication skills – written, oral, and listening</li><li>NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)</li><li>Current Australian driver’s license with access to a vehicle (kilometres reimbursed; pool cars available)</li></ul>
