Speech and Language Therapist - Band 7 Your World has a brilliant new opportunity for an experienced Band 7 Adult Dysphagia Speech and Language Therapist with post-graduate experience working with adult learning disabilities. Description: You will join an experienced and highly motivated team in Wakefield. Pay rate ranging between £26 - £28 P/H per hour depending on experience. The SLT we are looking for will have previously worked with adults as a post-graduate therapist. Experience of working across different adult patients in inpatient acute Hospital. Needs to be dysphagia trained in adults. Also able to manage complex dysphagia presentations independently and work with MDT in inpatient setting. They will be encouraging, supportive, and understanding of the varied patient needs they may encounter. The right candidate must also have exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with patients.
