Occupational Therapist Your World is currently seeking an experienced band 6 Community Rehab Occupational Therapist for work on a locum basis. We are seeking someone to work in an intensive rehab service setting. The role will include the independent assessment, treatment and discharge planning of patients in community rehab team. Using recognisable outcome measures and clinical reasoning to guide treatment plans. Confident to plan own caseload and treatement plans. Experience in NHS and post qualification as an OT, preferably within the community and rehab setting.
