As a Senior Support Worker some of your key responsibilities will include organising and overseeing the smooth running of a shift, ensuring the wellbeing of all service users, responding to any challenges or concerns and supervising support staff. You will organise activities, administer medication, communicate with families and professionals, oversee daily reports, budgets, complete financial audits and complete H&amp;S checks. Our rota includes days, nights, and weekend shifts to ensure a well-balanced team effort. As a Senior Support Worker you will have: <ul> <li> Experience as Senior Support Worker or extensive care experience in Mental Health and hold the NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care </li> <li> Leadership skills and experience </li> <li> Strong empathy and a caring and compassionate nature </li> <li> Willingness to support residents with personal hygiene </li> <li> Excellent people and communication skills, and a good sense of humour </li> <li> Deal with challenging behaviours </li> <li> Have a positive and professional approach </li> <li> Be reliable, flexible, hard-working and honest </li> <li> Be local or within commutable distance </li> </ul> You must live in the UK and have the Right to Work in the UK full time. 20-hour Student and Skilled Worker Visa's cannot be accepted.
