Key Responsibilities
- Conduct medication reviews and provide clinical advice
- Manage complex caseloads using advanced pharmacology knowledge
- Ensure compliance with GPhC and Trust standards
- Support discharge planning and team coordination
- UK pharmacy experience and Right to Work
- MPharm (or equivalent) and GPhC registration
