Community Occupational Therapist Your World is currently seeking an experienced band 6 Community Rehab Occupational Therapist for work on a locum basis. You will be joining an outstanding set-up within a well-known Community Rehabilitation Team in Lewisham. Please note that due to the community nature of the role, you will be required to be a car driver and owner. The hourly pay rate for this role is £24.00 - £26 P/H. You will need to be able to c omplete comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments within patients home, including functional and cognitive assessments. Provision of appropriate equipment to improve function and reduced the risk of hospital admissions. Work within MDT including Physio, therapy assistants, and social worker.
