This is a ward-based, near-patient role working across adult inpatient areas, supporting safe and effective medicines management within a multidisciplinary team.
An ACT role within the dispensary may also be available for suitable candidates.

- Minimum 12 months NHS or UK hospital pharmacy experience.
- Pharmacy Technician qualification with active registration.
- Experience working within ward environments and adult inpatient services.
- Medication Reconciliation experience essential.
- ACT accreditation desirable.
