<li>Provide therapy in a school setting for pupils aged 11-18 with complex needs, including social, emotional, and mental health challenges, communication and interaction difficulties, and associated challenging behaviour.</li><li>Assist senior clinicians in ensuring all team members have access to a SALT-based framework for client care through advice, consultation, clinical supervision, and sharing SALT knowledge, research, and theory.</li><li>Contribute to the development and implementation of best evidence-based practices within the service.</li><li>Maintain excellence in communication programmes for individuals within the designated services.</li><li>Exercise professional responsibility based on the Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics of the relevant SALT professional body.</li><li>Ensure the highest standards of clinical record keeping and report writing.</li></ul>
 Requirements:<ul>
<li>Must be registered with the HCPC.</li><li>Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.</li><li>Valid UK driving licence preferred.</li></ul>
