<li>Provide a highly specialist service to children with Occupational Therapy needs, using your expertise to assess, diagnose, and develop tailored therapy packages.</li><li>Lead the development and delivery of training packages for school staff, parents, and other professionals, ensuring they are equipped to support children's needs effectively.</li><li>Prioritise the safeguarding of vulnerable children and young people, maintaining high standards of care at all times.</li><li>Support the service in monitoring and achieving Key Performance Indicators, demonstrating quality and outcomes.</li><li>Take the lead in quality governance, audits, and projects within the team or service.</li><li>Manage the performance of identified team members, supporting their growth and skill enhancement.</li><li>Aid the team leader in the ongoing development of the team, stepping up to manage daily operations in their absence when needed.</li></ul>
 To succeed in this role, you must be an HCPC registered Occupational Therapist and possess a valid driving licence to travel between sites and clients as needed.
