Main duties of the job<ul> <li>To ensure systems and processes exist to support staff performance </li> <li>Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic leadership team and be accountable for teams' performance, operational delivery of safe and effective care and budget management in Early Intervention for Psychosis Services for those between 14 -65 years of age</li> <li>Responsible for the strategic management of targets and performance, including waiting time and caseload management, day to day operational management which includes staff management such as wellbeing, sickness, absences, e-rostering, governance and financial management.</li> <li>In addition, the main duties of the role will include; process and change management, ensuring engagement of the full Multi-Disciplinary Team.</li> <li> Monitor and analysis of data</li> <li>Provision of Managerial Supervision and Appraisal.</li> </ul>Working for our organisation We are the Kent and Medway Mental Health NHS Trust.
