Key Responsibilities
- Conduct medication reviews and provide clinical pharmacy support.
- Deliver pharmaceutical interventions to optimise patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with GPhC standards and Trust policies.
- Work closely with medical and nursing teams on patient care and discharge planning.
- Previous UK pharmacy experience.
- MPharm degree (or equivalent).
- Current GPhC registration.
- Right to Work in the UK.
- Daily PAYE or weekly Umbrella pay options.
