They will provide client-centred and evidence-based assessments, interventions, and discharge planning to adults with varied and often complex needs both in an inpatient and outpatient setting in the Hospital. Referrals to the OT service are received from the inpatient wards including AICU, Acute Admissions Unit (AAU) and Urgent Care Centre (UCC), consultants, GP clinics as well as other external routes including self-referrals. You will be experienced in providing a world-class service to a caseload covering commonly neurology/ neurorehabilitation, surgery, orthopaedics, general medicine and oncology.
