We are pleased to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Social Service Reablement Team in Chippenham. This ongoing locum position provides stability alongside the flexibility to manage your own schedule, all while earning a competitive hourly rate of £36.54. You will be part of a committed team helping individuals regain independence and confidence following hospital discharge.

Spend approximately 50 per cent of your time delivering face-to-face interventions in clients' homes or hospital settings.
