The Role By providing highly capable, innovative and integrated software solutions we are transforming urgent, emergency and outpatient healthcare services - every role at CLEO Systems is made to be brave. We are looking for an individual to help us to create and build our sales development function within a busy and growing healthcare software business. The successful candidate will have responsibility for managing our CRM system and generating business to business leads from within the Healthcare sector. This will include warm calling, developing a calling schedule and booking call backs. You will be responsible for nurturing all prospects and converting to a live opportunity for the sales team to progress. The role requires a close working relationship to be developed with the sales and marketing team to ensure smooth handover and acceptance of leads. This role is consultative, with soft sales involved - so there's no commission structure. It's all about making an impact and helping people in the healthcare sector.
