Independent Hospital Manager Department: Senior Management and Leadership Employment Type: Contract Location: Priory Hospital Dewsbury Compensation: £60.00 / hour Description Priory Hospital Dewsbury is looking to recruit an independent hospital manager to join the team in our 32 bedded locked service. This is a sessional role. Based in the residential area of Earlsheaton, West Yorkshire, Priory Hospital Dewsbury provides level 2 rehabilitation services divided into two wards. Care is for male patients who have mental health disorders and we also offer neuropsychiatry support, support for older people and dementia, community-focused rehabilitation, and support for severe and enduring mental health. What you'll be doing You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our patients wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. As an independent hospital manager, you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients.<ul> <li>Quarterly Meeting</li> <li>Review of Section Papers</li> <li>Sit on Managers Hearing Panel </li> <li>Visit Wards to speak with Service Users</li> </ul>You can find additional information in the attached job description.
