What you will do
• MRI Imaging: Operate and manage advanced MRI equipment, with a particular focus on Siemens scanners, producing high-quality diagnostic images.
• Patient Care: Deliver exceptional patient-centred care, ensuring patients feel informed, supported, and comfortable throughout their imaging procedures.
• Multidisciplinary Working: Collaborate with radiologists, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Clinical Excellence: Ensure all imaging procedures are completed in accordance with NHS standards, protocols, and best practice guidelines.
• Training and Support: Assist in the supervision, training, and development of junior staff members and colleagues.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records, imaging documentation, and departmental data.
• Quality Assurance: Contribute to maintaining high standards of service delivery, safety, and clinical governance within the imaging department.
• Equipment Management: Support the maintenance and effective operation of MRI equipment to ensure service continuity.
