What you will do:
- Work with a diverse Neuro/ABI (Acquired Brain Injury) caseload, planning and implementing tailored therapy sessions.
- Conduct assessments and develop rehabilitation plans to support patients in achieving their goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide education and support to patients' families and caregivers.
- Maintain detailed patient records and documentation in line with professional standards.
