- Contribute to the development of service plans and policies.
- Ensure implementation of Risk Management and Care Plans.
- Collaborate with external organisations to meet objectives.
- Promote equality of opportunity for employees and service users.
- Support sustainable services and contribute to a learning organisation.
- Manage, coordinate, and develop team effectiveness.
- Encourage innovation and managed risk-taking.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, government policies, and best practices.
- Represent the Service at various levels as required by the Service Manager.
