Your day-to-day... <ul> <li>Ensure that the highest standard of clinical care is provided</li> <li>Co-ordinate all clinical aspects of the hospital &amp; ensure co-operation between clinicians</li> <li>Know &amp; implement all relevant policies, procedures &amp; regulations</li> <li>Update legal documentation in consultation with other colleagues in accordance with company guidelines, NMC guidelines, legislation &amp; current research</li> <li>Support staff in delivering a high standard of care through regular appraisals, training &amp; development of evidence/research-based practice</li> <li>Be fully up to date with all statutory law &amp; compliance to law</li> <li>Work closely with the Hospital Manager to resolve concerns &amp; provide cohesive leadership</li> <li>Act up as required by the Hospital Manager.</li> </ul> You are: <ul> <li>An experienced RMN/RNLD with a valid pin number and at least four years' nursing experience</li> <li>Currently working as a Clinical Manager or Ward Manager or have significant experience in a Senior Nursing role</li> <li>Have strong leadership &amp; clinical skills, as well as compliance &amp; regulatory knowledge</li> <li>Are an excellent relationship manager - with internal &amp; external stakeholders</li> <li>Have experience in an acute, rehabilitation, mental health or forensic psychiatry setting</li> <li>Have evidence of functioning in a supervisory role as a clinician in a similar setting within a multi-disciplinary team.</li> </ul> Why Cygnet?
