What you'll bring to the role Our work is rewarding but can be challenging, so resilience is key. No two days are the same! The ideal candidate will be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council or the Health and Care Professions Council and hold a recognised post-registration qualification, along with full membership or accreditation from a relevant professional institution and evidence of continuous professional development. They will possess a detailed understanding of statutory regulations and demonstrate strong leadership and decision-making skills. The candidate should be passionate about providing high-quality care and driving continuous improvement, with a forward-thinking, proactive, and creative approach to their work.
