You'll be working in a dynamic environment across multiple sites, including Gatwick, Euston, Bethnal Green, and Dartford, with travel expenses reimbursed. What you will do:

  • Provide thorough clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for employees with musculoskeletal (MSK) injuries and disorders.
  • Categorise MSK disorders by their work-relatedness and deliver clear, impactful reports to management regarding fitness for work and any necessary workplace adjustments.
  • Lead on-site exercise sessions to support employee rehabilitation.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary occupational health team.
  • Conduct DSE assessments, offer proactive advice, and recommend workplace adjustments or equipment where required.
  • Identify workplace hazards, perform ergonomic risk assessments, and provide concise recommendations to support the occupational health team.
  • Engage in health promotion events, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records of assessments and treatments.
