Detailed job description and main responsibilities Develop a knowledge and understanding of the patient pathway. Ensure that appointments are made within the correct timescales and any follow-up actions from clinical appointments are carried out, i.e. tests or appointments ordered and bookings made within the correct timescale. Ensuring any capacity issues are escalated to the service team. Input 'add to waiting list forms' within 24 hours of decision to admit . Ensuring accuracy and efficient updating of waiting list records. To ensure patient cancellations are allocated new TCI dates within the specified time limits.
